Introducing your favorite GF bread- perfect for toasting and adding your favorite toppings!
This loaf is low in salicylates and amines- a fancy way of saying it is low in food chemicals that have a tendency to cause gut, liver, and skin issues. Perfect for those with gluten intolerances, psoriasis, eczema; or for those who are simply looking for ways to decrease their gluten intake, increase fiber consumption, and ENJOY a satiating slice of bread.
How much does it serve:
You’ll get 10-14 slices out of your loaf of bread, depending on the thickness you’re going for.
How to store:
For best results, transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 6 days.
Toast each slice to take it to the next level!
Freezing: Loaves are freezable as-is, but we recommend pre-slicing for ease when you’re in the mood to grab a slice! Use the defrost setting on your toaster or pop your bread in the oven to thaw.
-If thawing the entire loaf at once, place in the fridge overnight or heat in a 325F oven for 20-30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Ingredients: brown rice flour, sorghum flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, flax seed, psyllium Husk, first cold-pressed olive oil, maple syrup, baking powder, water, salt.
