Now available! Our absolute FAVORITE ready-to-heat breakfasts are on rotation for 1 weekly option to elevate your daily nutrition. One by one, we're taking the guess work out of your day.
1st Tuesday of the month: Tofu Scramble w/Homestyle Potatoes (occassionally served taco-style with Eat Coyotas tortillas + freshly made salsa)
2nd Tuesday of the month: Chickpea Frittata (veggie fillings may vary to keep it fun!)
3rd Tuesday of the month: Gluten Free Pancakes with fresh berries, dairy free yogurt, and pure maple syrup
4th Tuesday of the month: Loaded Vegan Breakfast Hash: diced potatoes, sauteed veggies, black beans, and "San Diego Tempeh" sausage crumbles; served with vegan sour cream and orange wedges.
When there's a 5th Tuesday: Baked Oatmeal (flavors will be chef-inspired to keep it fun! Please let us know if you have any allergies prior to the weekly Friday deadline.)
