I’m Alicia, the founder of Mindful Culinary Creations. I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach turned private chef turned business owner. My past experiences with severe dyshidrotic eczema, endometriosis, and disordered patterns of eating all contributed to my relentless effort to live a more mindful and balanced lifestyle. It's my mission to help others do the same.

I believe people are seeing the negative impact that stress and overly busy schedules have on their overall health. It's no surprise that stress in the kitchen (with its daily demands to feed the family well) is difficult to escape. I see the overwhelm, but it doesn't have to be that way.

After working as an in-home personal chef for 2 years I decided to create solutions for more people who desire to live a healthier lifestyle. Thus, Mindful Culinary Creations was born. I created this business to help you create the foundation you’ve always wanted…with meals that are fully plant-based, nutritious, and easily accessible! Labels OUT; balanced, mindful living IN.
